Pro-Shooter LLC, Pro-Shooter Pty, Ltd. (“we” or “us” or “our”) respects the privacy of our users (“user” or “you”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or download any of our mobile or desktop applications (the “Application”).Please read this Privacy Policy carefully.

We have adopted the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Privacy Act). The NPPs govern the way in which we collect, use, disclose, store, secure and dispose of your Personal Information. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the third-party online/mobile store (e.g., Apple, Google, Microsoft, PayPal, Stripe, etc.) from which you install the Application or make payments, which may also collect and use data about you. We are not responsible for any of the data collected by any such third party.

1. What is Personal Information and Why Do We Collect it?

We store only very limited, if any, financial information that we collect. Otherwise, all financial information is stored by our payment processor (which includes PayPal and Stripe, along with Direct Bank Transfer via your financial institution(s)), and you are encouraged to review their privacy policy and contact them directly for responses to your questions.

Where reasonable and practicable to do so, we will collect your Personal Information only from you. However, in some circumstances we may be provided with information by third parties. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

Our servers (physical and virtual) along with our email communications systems are located within the country of Australia.

However, most of the Personal Information is or will be stored in client files which will be kept by us for a minimum of 7 years.

You may access the Personal Information we hold about you and to update and/or correct it, subject to certain exceptions. In order to protect your Personal Information, we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.

Pro-Shooter Pty, Ltd. will not charge any fee for your access request but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.

Upon your request to terminate your account(s) that you may have with us, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use and/or comply with legal requirements.

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you from your purchase and use of our products, services, and applications to:

9. Application Specific Policies

9.1 – Mobile Device Access
We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device’s Photo/Image Library (for storing images generated by our application, Downloads Folders (for storing application updates/patches and or images generated by our application), Access to Audio (for playing sound from the application). If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.

9.2 – Geo-Location Information
Our applications do not track geo-location information from your mobile device at any stage of the application running (either background or foreground).

9.3 – Mobile Device Data
Device information such as your mobile device ID number, model, and manufacturer, version of your operating system, phone number, country, location, and any other data you choose to provide might be collected.

9.4 – Push Notifications
We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or the Application. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings.

9.5 – Facebook Permissions
Our applications do not access Facebook or request access to your Facebook basic account information.

9.6 – Data from Social Networks
Our applications do access data from Social Networks (e.g., Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).

9.7 – Social Media Contacts and Device Contacts
Our applications do not request access to your social media contacts or device contacts.

9.8 – Third-Party Advertisers and Offer Walls
We do not use third-party advertisers to serve ads within our applications or websites and we do not use offer walls in our websites or applications.

9.9 – Affiliates and Business Partners
We do not share any personal information with any affiliates or business partners.

9.10 – Online Postings and Interactions
When you post comments, contributions, or other content (including interactions with other users) to our website, social media pages or applications stores, your posts may be viewed by all users and may be publicly distributed outside of our control (e.g., Facebook, Google Play Store, Apple Store, Microsoft Store, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).

10. Tracking Technologies

10.1 – Cookies and Web Beacons
We may use cookies, or other similar tracking technologies on our website or application to help customize our website, products, services, and applications to improve your experience. When you access our applications, your personal information is not collected through the use of tracking technology. Most browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You can remove or reject cookies, though be aware that such action could affect the availability and functionality of our websites and applications.

10.2 – Internet-Based Advertising
Additionally, we do not use third-party software to serve adds on our website, services, or applications that we develop. We might implement email marketing campaigns and manage other interactive marketing initiatives. This third-party software may use cookies or similar tracking technology to help manage and optimize your online experience with us (e.g., Mailchimp or other email marketing-based tools).

10.3 – Website Analytics
We may also partner with selected third-party vendors, such as Google Analytics to allow tracking technologies and remarketing services on our website or applications through the use of first party cookies and third-party cookies, to, among other things, analyse and track users’ use of our website and applications, determine the popularity of certain content, and better understand online activity. Once you have used these links, any information you provide to these third parties is not covered by this Privacy Policy, and we cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of your information. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of any third parties, including other sites, services or applications that may be linked to or from our website, products, services and applications.

10.5 – Controls for Do-Not-Track Features
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.
